Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• Services: The virtual number service for SMS verification provided on the 010sms.com website and API.
• User: A person who creates an account and uses the service under these Terms.
• Number: A mobile number rented for a set time to receive verification SMS.
• Credit: The amount in US dollars held in your account from top-ups and bonuses.

2. The service

010SMS provides a Korean 010 number for the service you choose for 20 minutes and shows the verification SMS sent to that number in your account. Numbers are real carrier numbers and may be reassigned to other users after the usage time ends.

3. Sign-up and accounts

• Your account is created with a single token. Whoever holds the token is treated as the account owner.
• Up to 3 accounts can be created per network (IP).
• Keep your token safe and never show it to anyone. You are responsible for problems caused by a leaked token.
• An API key has the same access as your account. If your key leaks, create a new one right away on the API key screen.

4. Credit, top-ups and bonuses

• Credit is displayed in USD and can be topped up with 12 cryptocurrencies from $25 to $5,000.
• Send the exact amount shown to the address shown. Once the blockchain confirms it, it reaches your credit.
• Top up $200 or more and get bonus credit by tier. Bonus credit is used for buying numbers only.
• Your credit is used to buy 010SMS numbers, and refunds also go back to your credit. See the Refund Policy for details.

5. Using numbers

• Numbers are for receiving verification SMS. You cannot send SMS or make calls with them.
• Each number is yours for 20 minutes, and you receive every code sent in that time. No code means an automatic refund.
• Each account can have up to 20 open numbers.
• Whether a service accepts the number is up to that service. 010SMS is responsible for delivering the received code accurately.

6. Using the API

The API uses the same credit, prices and refund rules as the website. Each key can make up to 300 requests per minute, and requests above that may be briefly rejected. Keys used in a way that overloads the service may be suspended.

7. Prohibited use

• Using numbers for illegal activity such as fraud, phishing, spam, account takeover or illegal gambling
• Secretly using someone else's personal data or payment method
• Attacking the service or other users, or trying to bypass security measures
• Excessively scraping the site with automated tools or creating accounts in bulk

If such use is found, we may suspend the account and API keys without prior notice.

8. Service changes and maintenance

Services and prices may change depending on carriers and number supply. The price shown on the purchase screen is the price at that moment. When maintenance is needed, we announce it in advance where possible, and active numbers are completed normally.

9. Limits of liability

010SMS is liable up to the price paid for the number. 010SMS is not liable for losses caused by things outside its control, such as policy changes at the service you are verifying, problems with your device or network, or top-ups you sent by mistake.

10. Personal data

We handle personal data only as needed, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

When the Terms change, we announce it on this page in advance with the effective date. Continuing to use the service after the new Terms take effect means you agree to them.
