Privacy Policy
010SMS collects only the information the service needs and never uses it for ads or sells it. Your account is a single token, so we do not ask for an email, phone number or real name. (Effective 2026-10-22)

1. How we collect
We collect information you enter when you sign up, log in, buy numbers, top up or contact us, and records created automatically while you use the service (IP address, device type). We collect nothing else.
2. How we use it
- Account creation, login, account protection
- Providing numbers, showing received codes, automatic refunds
- Top-up confirmation, credit crediting and accounting
- Preventing abuse and excessive requests
- 1:1 inquiry reply
3. We do not share it
We never sell or hand over personal data to ad companies or other businesses. We share it only when legally required, and only as far as needed. Crypto top-ups are public on the blockchain, so the sending wallet address and transaction record stay on the blockchain itself.
4. How we keep it safe
- Account tokens and API keys are never stored in plain text, only as hashes.
- All connections are encrypted with HTTPS.
- Logins are kept only with an httpOnly cookie, so browser scripts cannot read it.
- Login attempts and API requests are rate limited to block brute-force attacks.
- The admin screen opens only from allowed locations.
5. Cookies
We use just one cookie to keep you logged in. No ad or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics. Clearing cookies in your browser logs you out.
6. Your rights
- You can view your account details, numbers, top-ups and history anytime in the member area after logging in.
- You can replace your token anytime on the account screen.
- To delete your account, contact Support. If there is no credit and no active number, we delete the account. Top-up records needed for accounting are kept separate from account data and only for the required period.
7. Under 14
010SMS is not intended for anyone under 14. Accounts found to be created by someone under 14 will be removed.
8. Changes
When this policy changes, we announce it on this page first with the effective date.
